In 2012 our guests are required to send in their donation of $150
when the reservation is made. If you are not able to make this
donation (which covers a portion of utilities, supplies, insurance,
phone, taxes, etc.) please let us know. You will still be able to
come.
If you cancel more than 45 days before your scheduled reservation,
we will refund your donation. Exceptions to this policy will be
considered on a case by case basis.
If cancellation is necessary, please let us know as soon as
possible. We have a waiting list and it may be possible to book the
week you are releasing.
